Introducing a Novel Intervention, CoHealing, to Address Teacher Burnout and Indirect Trauma

The COVID-19 pandemic exacerbated the long-standing issues of stress and burnout in education sector, with teachers staff facing unprecedented challenges including significant adjustments to teaching methods balancing mental health academic needs their students. resulting have contributed heightened levels among staff. impact on has highlighted need for greater support resources help them cope these address burnout.
